RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene regulations, all sales are final.

Returns may be accepted only if:
•⁠  ⁠The product is defective upon arrival.
•⁠  ⁠The wrong item was shipped.
•⁠  ⁠The product remains unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Customers must contact support@aybmhair.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
